General Project Description

After years of interaction with community and planning staff the applicant was asked not to advance a town-house project, but advance a signature mixed use project with many community and environmental benefits. The new development program is up to 74 multi-family units, up to 10,000 sq ft of commercial, and up to 124 parking spaces while the zoning allows for six stories the project is just for closing five stories. The applicant and design team look forward to working with planning staff and the community for a wonderful, positive, new series of ammenities for the Town of Kensington.
