General Project Description

After positive interaction with the Community and suggestions from planning Staff, the Applicant was asked to advance a signature, mixed-use project at this important gateway entrance into the Town of Kensington.

The project has numerous community benefits and includes a new development program of approximately 75 market-rate multi-family units, 25 moderately priced units, 10,000 sq. ft of commercial, and approximately up to 178 parking spaces. The Applicant and design team look forward to working with both planning Staff and the Community over the coming months to create a wonderful project and thoughtful amenities for the Town of Kensington.
